Q. Do we have to pay in U.S. dollars?

A. No, all transactions are in Canadian dollars. There is no currency conversion required.

Q. Are the freight costs prohibitively expensive?

A. No, to the contrary. Orgill has its own fleet of trucks delivering to over 6,000 customers throughout North America and around the globe. Castle dealers from coast to coast are taking advantage of both the excellent pricing and competitive freight rates to reduce their costs and increase their margins.

Q. How many products are Canadian Compliant today?

A. Over 40,000 products are Canadian Compliant right now and shipping into Canada.  And more products are being converted every month.  Compliant products can be legally sold in Canada.

Q. How often can we expect to receive product?

A. As often as you want. Orgill will work with you to establish a buying cycle that fits your business needs.

Q. Is Orgill committed to Canada for the long haul?

A. As Ron Beal stated, "Canada is now part of a domestic North America Market that we (Orgill) are committed to serving."

Q. How easy is it to order product from Orgill?

A. It's very easy.  You can order online, POS, fax, hardcopy, whatever method best suits your business needs.
